Merchandising Operations

Job Profile:

1. The individual is expected to use internal and external tools for listing Samsung products in retailer websites such as Amazon, Best buy, Walmart etc.

2. Expected to coordinate with teams in the US for promo merchandising execution in samsung.com

3. Handle day to day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLA(Service Level Agreement) are met as per quality standards.

4. Follow the process SOPs and direction from the leaders.

5. Communication with stakeholders and vendors via business email and weekly meetings.

6. Maintains records of day to day work by updating trackers to reflect work done.

Education: Any degree

Position: Contractor

Competency:

• 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce operations or merchandising/digital marketing roles.
• Willingness to work in night shift (6pm – 3am IST).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with high volume workloads or complex circumstances.
• Fast learner and willingness to learn new things.
