Merchandising Planner

• Able to design and develop technical tools and mechanism for driving products performance by the priority in key pillars: Price, Promotion, Inventory and Lifecycle
• Draw the price buckets and consumers price acceptance for supporting future local assortment building
• Manage the local price action to give healthy price approaching properly
• Draw the sustainable markdown plan and discount path
• Detail tracking the products KPI and performance to provide valuable insight and actionable options
• Closely collaborate with Planning team to drive products efficiency and achievement digitally and technically
• Quantifying and giving dynamic simulation on products segmentation and assortment building
• Giving the key digital and quantifying inputs for products innovation

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in retail industry
• Strong ambition on push innovation for tools and progress
• Initiative on driving business achievement
• Sensitive on business trends, market activities and agility with urgency or change.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Open-mindedness, good team player
• Computer literacy (include Windows, Word processing, Excel, Power Point) and data analytic tools.
• Must be able to multitask and flexible
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
