About the role
This role involves merchandising support across Watsons branches, focusing on product display, inventory management, and sales growth for assigned product lines.
Key responsibilities
- Improve and maintain display placements and stocking level in store shelves
- Ensure adequate in-store inventory of all Dermazole and Wolvit products
- Grow sell-out numbers in all assigned branches
- Ensure installation/placement of marketing materials on all display areas per branch
- Visit 15 branches per day: 5 days a week
- Maintain minimum of 95% coverage of assigned branches per month
- Submit reports on time and accurately
About you
- College level education
- Effective communication skills
- Creative, innovative and with pleasing personality
- Works well with people
- At least 3 years of productive experience in merchandising, preferably in Metro Manila Watsons branches
- Well knowledgeable in Watsons merchandising policies and protocols
- Has built strong relationship with Watsons officers and staffs
- Computer literate
- Preferably can drive a car
