• Costing and price negotiation Deal with supplier/ vendor on FOB or CMT for the best price to increase margin and fit into target price
• Production status monitoring Daily work close with production manager to get accurate delivery date and report to head quarter in System ( Airtable )
• Vendor Evaluation Evaluating new Vendor approaching for business, Vendor training
• Problem solving Solve Problem during bulk production and internally team issues. -Timeline management Maintain a detailed tracker of the order status and update management level weekly with a heads up.
• Team leading Lead the merchandising team for daily operation and direct report to manager 5+ year related work experience in garment industry Good English communication skills as working language.
