About the role
Q-Mark is looking for a driven and hands-on Merchandising Supervisor to lead and support our field merchandising team and ensure excellent in-store execution.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and guide merchandisers across assigned stores
- Ensure proper product display, planogram compliance, and visibility
- Monitor stock levels, out-of-stocks, and replenishment needs
- Conduct regular store visits and merchandising audits
- Coordinate with store personnel and internal teams
- Train, coach, and evaluate merchandiser performance
- Prepare and submit merchandising reports
- Support promotions and sales initiatives
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2–3 years merchandising or retail experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Knowledgeable in visual merchandising and inventory control
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willing to do fieldwork and visit multiple locations
- Organized, reliable, and can work with minimal supervision
