Job Summary

You will support outlet operations by replenishing stocks, processing sales orders, managing inventory, and maintaining displays to ensure smooth sales and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Replenish stocks at various outlets to maintain product availability

Process new sales orders accurately to support sales operations

Conduct stock counts to verify inventory levels and accuracy

Monitor stock movement and adjust for markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear-outs to optimize inventory management

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and fulfill their needs to enhance customer satisfaction

Maintain and update planograms and product displays to ensure visual merchandising standards

Build and maintain constructive relationships with customers and channel partners to support business growth

Stay informed on industry best practices to improve operational effectiveness

Coordinate with outlet staff to update and maintain accurate stock lists
