Role: Merchant Acquiring Executive

This is a hunter role — high energy, fast action, and pure sales drive. You’ll prospect, pitch, and close online merchants across Malaysia. From cold calls to warm demos, you’ll be the face of senangPay to hundreds of digital businesses moving their payments online.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own Your Funnel: Prospect, qualify, and convert new online merchants through calls, WhatsApp, and social outreach.
• Sell the Solution: Run impactful product demos that show merchants how senangPay simplifies online payments.
• Win Fast, Win Often: Close deals across eCommerce, F&B, services, education, retail, and community sellers.
• Drive the Numbers: Manage your pipeline in CRM and track leads through every sales stage.
• Be Market-Smart: Spot emerging merchant segments, competitor trends, and new product opportunities.
• Collaborate to Activate: Work with Onboarding and Support teams to ensure merchants go live and start transacting quickly.

Who You Are

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1–2 years’ experience in sales or merchant acquisition is a plus, having fintech or SME solutions is a bonus!
• A true hunter — energetic, persuasive, and hungry for wins.
• Fluent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• An independent, fast & hands-on learner.
