The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Merchant Acquisition Manager to acquire SME merchants across Singapore.

This is a frontline individual contributor role. You will personally prospect, pitch, follow up and convert merchants while working directly with the Founder.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential SME merchants
• Conduct product demos and explain Directo’s value proposition
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Follow up actively and convert prospects into customers
• Support merchant onboarding when required
• Participate in events, networking and field outreach
• Share relevant market feedback with the team
