About The Team/role Role Overview As part of the Regional Merchant Operations team in Brazil, you will focus on merchant acquisition. Your core objective is to grow the number of active merchants on the platform.

In this role, you'll be... Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with our frontline sales team to design and deliver merchant(restaurants) operations strategies that improve efficiency across the full onboarding funnel, from contract signing to store setup and go-online, to drive growth in merchant scale.
• Help set sales KPIs by defining merchant acquisition targets, tracking progress against them, and helping the sales team deliver results.
• Analyze merchant supply in each city to define the target restaurant profile by location, price range and cuisine category. Use this to help the sales team sharpen its acquisition targeting and optimize visit routes for more precise merchant acquisition.
• Use online outreach tools to reach target merchants through channels such as WhatsApp and SMS. Keep improving outreach efficiency and cost-effectiveness to support merchant acquisition.

• Analytical skills: Proficient in SQL, Excel and other data analysis tools, and able to use AI tools to speed up analysis work.
• Communication & collaboration: Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to build solid working relationships with frontline sales and sales operations teams.
• Industry experience: Experience in online food delivery or merchant operations at an internet company is a strong plus.
• English proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English, and able to use English as a working language.
