MERCHANT & CLIENT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Foodify is looking for a Merchant & Client Support Associate who can assist merchants and clients with their concerns, provide clear communication, and help resolve issues efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to merchant and client inquiries through chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist merchants and clients with account, platform, and service-related concerns.
• Understand and investigate concerns before escalating them to the appropriate team.
• Provide clear and accurate instructions or solutions.
• Follow up on unresolved concerns until properly addressed.
• Coordinate with internal teams when technical or operational assistance is needed.
• Monitor and document concerns, requests, and resolutions.
• Assist in ensuring a smooth experience for Foodify merchants and clients.

• Customer service, client support, merchant support, e-commerce, sales support, or similar experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with strong customer-facing experience are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and business owners.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple concerns and prioritize tasks.
