Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Regional Merchant to work on a contract basis. This role focuses on managing merchant relationships and optimizing payment solutions to drive growth in targeted regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with regional merchants to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

• Analyze merchant performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align merchant needs with company capabilities and offerings.

• Monitor and report on regional merchant activity, including transaction volumes and dispute resolutions.

• Assist in the onboarding of new merchants and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in merchant services, payments, or business development with a focus on B2B relationships.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and operational data for strategic decision-making.

• Proficiency in CRM tools or merchant management systems to track and manage merchant interactions.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to resolve merchant inquiries and negotiate terms.
