Core Responsibilities

• Handle merchant reporting & dashboard
• Monitor and analyze GMV, transactions, activation, conversion, and MoM performance
• Perform merchant segmentation & performance analysis
• Translate data analysis into actionable insights for the Merchant Growth & Business Team
• Prepare PPT/reporting materials based on the analysis results for stakeholder needs

Required Skills

• Open for fresh graduate
• Solid Data Analyst fundamentals
• Familiar with SQL
• Able to perform data extraction, joins, aggregation, filtering, and analysis
• Familiar with Python
• Able to perform data processing, cleaning, and analysis
• Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics
• Able to connect data findings with business context and generate actionable insights
• Able to prepare PPT/reporting materials from the analysis results

Overall profile: a candidate who is familiar with SQL & Python, strong in data analysis/reporting, and able to turn analysis results into insights that are relevant to merchant performance & business needs.
