What they need
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle merchant support for credit card terminal installations and setup
- Provide clear guidance and basic training to merchants on terminal usage
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from merchants in a timely manner
- Follow up with merchants to ensure smooth onboarding and service satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates with Polytechnic/STPM/SPM qualifications are encouraged to apply
Possess own transportation is preferred
Knowledge or experience in POS terminals/payment terminals will be an added advantage
