Merchant Operations Executive

What will you be doing?

• Support and complete merchant onboarding by conducting KYC processes within SLA targets
• Ensures payment methods are set up for merchants through backend systems
• Ensures accurate data entry handling and collection of documentations from merchants
• Ensure processes are compliant and consistent with SOPs
• Escalate issues or delays to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with merchants to conduct verification processes via phone or email
• Keep internal trackers and instinctly followup on all pending cases

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
• 1-2 years experience in operations, particularly in onboarding and KYC procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a growing fast-paced environment
• Comfortable in communicating with merchants and provide guidance for verifications
• Detailed-oriented, quick learner, with strong execution; able to meet SLA targets
