Merchant Services Account Executive

B2B Outside Sales Agent — Merchant Services (1099 Independent Contractor)

We are hiring experienced B2B outside sales agents to sell payment processing, merchant services, and POS solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. This is a 1099 independent contractor role built for closers who want uncapped commission and long-term residual income — not a capped salary job.

What You'll Do

• Meet face-to-face with business owners to identify needs and present solutions
• Sell credit card processing, POS systems/terminals, and related fintech tools
• Qualify and close warm leads provided by our in-house call center
• Run the full B2B cycle: prospect → appointment → presentation → close
• Manage your own schedule and pipeline using our CRM and quoting tools

Compensation

• 1099 commission-based — you control your hours and your income
• Uncapped commission on every approved account, paid upon activation
• Residual income on active accounts for the lifetime of the account
• $400 per approved account, plus increasing revenue share based on deal count

Support Provided

• Full onboarding and product training
• Ongoing coaching and pricing/closer support
• Warm leads and booked appointments provided by our in-house call center
• CRM and quoting tools for tracking and follow-up

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of sales experience
• Strong prospecting instincts and confidence closing in-person
• Self-directed and motivated — prepare to stay busy
• Clear communicator with business owners and decision-makers
