Role Description The Merchant Services role is a part-time, on-site position based in New Orleans, LA. In this role, the team member supports local merchants by explaining payment solutions, assisting with account setup, and responding to day-to-day service questions. Responsibilities include educating businesses on available products, helping troubleshoot basic payment issues, and coordinating with internal support teams to resolve more complex concerns. The role also involves gathering merchant feedback, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and contributing to smooth onboarding and ongoing service for small business clients.
