Merchant Nations, a growing merchant services and payment processing company, is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support our back-end operations and day-to-day processing workflows. This role is central to keeping our accounts, processors, and internal systems running smoothly.

Location: Office-based near Coral Springs / South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach). Flexible schedule, with the possibility of some remote days something we can discuss during the interview process.

What You'll Do:

• Submit and manage merchant accounts with processors
• Handle lease administration and related paperwork
• Support back-end operations and internal workflows
• Assist with basic technical setup and troubleshooting for merchant equipment and systems
• Coordinate with sales agents and processors to resolve account issues

What We're Looking For:

• Direct experience in merchant services / payment processing is required and will be the biggest factor in hiring
• Familiarity with submitting accounts to processors
• Experience with lease/admin documentation
• Technical aptitude experience with payment terminals, gateways, or POS systems is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts at once
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
