WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A relationship-focused sales professional who loves helping local businesses thrive. You'll be the go-to expert for payment processing solutions-from Clover POS systems to credit card processing-while building lasting partnerships with small and medium-sized businesses in our community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Grow our merchant services portfolio through consultative sales and business development
• Be the primary contact for merchants, from onboarding through ongoing support and training
• Analyze competitor pricing and create winning proposals that save businesses money
• Partner with our commercial banking team to identify opportunities
• Meet sales targets while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
• Stay current on compliance, PCI standards, and payment technology

• 1-5 years in banking, commercial sales, or payment processing
• A knack for consultative selling and building relationships
• Technical comfort with POS systems and payment technology
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for supporting local business growth
