We’re Hiring: Merchant Solutions Coordinator

At Banpay , we are expanding Merchant Solutions into a multi-product and multi-region business, covering payments, acquiring, money movement and financial products.

We’re looking for someone who can turn complex business challenges into structured, scalable initiatives and drive them from definition to implementation.

🔹 What will you do?

• Lead initiatives end-to-end , from discovery and business definition to launch and performance monitoring.

• Translate business priorities into clear requirements, execution plans and deliverables.

• Develop business cases, pricing analyses and unit economics.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners .

• Work closely with Technology on integrations, requirements, testing and UAT.

• Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities, and drive solutions.

• Prepare recommendations and decision materials for senior leadership.

🌎 English is a MUST

This is a multi-region role involving international stakeholders, partners and markets.

Professional fluency in English is required. You should be comfortable leading meetings, communicating with international partners and presenting business recommendations in English.

🔹 What are we looking for?

- 7+ years of professional experience.

- 4+ years in payments, fintech, financial products, merchant services, acquiring or digital financial services.

- 3+ years leading complex initiatives end-to-end.

• Experience working with external partners and senior stakeholders .

• Bachelor’s degree completed.

• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience working with Technology / Engineering teams and understanding APIs, integrations, requirements, UAT and Agile environments.
