About The Team/role You will join the International Food Delivery team, operating at the intersection of merchant growth,and strategic enablement.The team is dedicated to building scalable and reusable merchant marketing frameworks, driving better onboarding experiences, higher marketing participation, increased order volume, and overall GMV growth across international markets.

In this role, you'll be...

• Iterate strategies and optimize product features to boost merchant engagement and sustained online availability.
• Iterate and roll out category‑specific strategies for merchant products, marketing and services to improve supply quality per category.
• Iterate and deploy tiered merchant marketing strategies to lift merchants’ operational efficiency. Apply tailored business strategies to increase merchant investment, driving growth in platform revenue and user base.
• Develop strategies to grow transaction volume for key merchants. Optimize traffic allocation, resource matching and business mix to raise order contribution from key merchants.

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

• Bachelor’s degree or above, 1-3 years of experience in internet user operation or product operation. O2O industry experience is preferred.
• Strong logic and data analysis skills. Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
• Good cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
