Merchant Support Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Merchant Support Administrator to join our growing team. This is a remote position with night-shift hours from 9 pm to 6 am PH time, reporting to the office in Manila once a month for team gatherings.

Key responsibilities

• Gather all supporting documentation to submit to various merchant banks in the U.S.
• Communicate with various banks in the U.S. regarding merchant applications
• Create various third-party agreements and obtain signatures using DocuSign
• Perform heavy amounts of manual data entry into CRM and various spreadsheets
• Work on ad hoc operational and administrative projects
• Digitally file all important documents and maintain an organised folder system

About you

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Hyper organized and a fast learner
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry processes
• Ability to work consistently during night shift hours (9 PM - 6 AM PH time) with reliable internet and workspace
• Familiarity with payment processing and merchant services is a plus
