Merger and Acquisition Analyst

Role Overview

This role is centered on the M&A and fundraising lifecycle. Ideal candidate would be responsible for Industry research, business analysis, investors connect and learning transaction flows along with the team.

Experience: 2- 4 years of relevant experience in a similar profile (consulting firms/transaction advisory).

Qualifications: MBA (Finance), CA, BBA, CFA, or equivalent.

Core Competencies Required:

Transaction Documents: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and creating transaction collaterals (Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums, Teasers).

Market/Sector Research: Should be capable of deep research into various verticals and analyzing business trends/investment cycles and future prospects

Investor Relations: Should be able to engage with PE/VC funds, Family Offices, and corporate investors.

Deal Management: Capability to handle both sell-side and buy-side mandates, from lead generation to final deal closure.

Skill Set:

• Strong analytical capabilities, independent project management, and excellent communication skills.
• Investor Outreach: Should be able to identify and connect with relevant investors, PEs, VCs, Strategic and Family Offices for ongoing transactions.
