Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition, merger, joint venture, and strategic investment opportunities aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis and business case preparation.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis and competitive assessments.
• Coordinate financial, legal, commercial and operational due diligence activities.
• Manage transaction structuring, negotiations and deal execution with advisors and stakeholders.
• Prepare investment memorandums and board presentations for senior leadership.
• Support fundraising, strategic partnerships and corporate development initiatives.
• Drive post-merger integration planning and synergy realization programs.
• Monitor M&A pipeline and maintain relationships with advisors, investment banks and consultants.
• Ensure governance, compliance and risk management throughout transaction lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-18 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategy or Business Development.
• Strong expertise in valuation methodologies, financial modelling, due diligence and transaction execution.
• Proven experience in cross-border transactions and large corporate environments preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial analytics tools.
