Requirements

• JD from a top-ranked law school.
• 3-5 years of substantive M&A transactional experience at a leading law firm.
• Admitted to practice in Texas or eligible to waive in.
• Strong experience with public and private M&A transactions, including drafting purchase agreements and related documentation.
• Familiarity with M&A-related securities filings and corporate approvals.
