Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

Due to continued growth and acquisitions we are working on newly created Mergers and Acquisitions Manager of Finance. Highly visible role that will lead the companies mergers & acquisitions division. This is a highly visible role that will interact with various business units that include auditors, business development, CFO and lawyers. This professional will handle deal executions, end to end financial diligence and post close financial integration for acquisitions. BS in Accounting/Finance required and MBA and or CPA highly preferred. This professional must have 5 plus years of M&A transaction experience. Hybrid role. Local candidates only please.
