Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience working directly with clients, and the ability to deliver scalable web applications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with MongoDB for database design and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in Agile development processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in MERN Stack development.
• Strong experience with MongoDB, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js
• Practical experience with both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs & API integration.
• Good understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Strong Git/version control knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines and Microservices architecture
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, AWS, and/or Azure
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA from a recognized institution.
