MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Backend Heavy) with 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining production-grade applications. The candidate should have strong backend experience with Node.js/TypeScript or Golang, along with working knowledge of React.js or Flutter.
Key Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js/TypeScript or Golang.
• Experience in developing REST APIs, backend services, integrations, and business logic.
• Good understanding of HTTP, authentication, authorization, error handling, asynchronous programming, and backend architecture.
• At least 1 year of practical experience with Agentic AI / AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or equivalent.
• Experience using AI tools for code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, or code review.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with React.js or Flutter.
• Good working knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Understanding of database design, joins, indexing, transactions, and query optimisation.
• Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of System Design, including API design, scalability, caching, asynchronous processing, and failure handling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend applications.
• Build scalable APIs, services, integrations, and business logic.
• Contribute to React.js or Flutter applications when required.
• Participate in technical and system design discussions.
• Debug issues across application, API, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while ensuring code quality, security, testing, and maintainability.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
