Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the complete MERN Stack – MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js – along with JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web development practices.

The candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end applications across frontend, backend, and database layers.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable and maintainable React components.
• Develop application functionality using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Work with React Hooks, Props, State, and Context API.
• Implement routing, forms, validation, and application workflows.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Manage application state using Redux or similar libraries.
• Optimize frontend performance and user experience.

Backend Development

• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs.
• Implement business logic and backend services.
• Develop reusable middleware and API components.
• Implement authentication and authorization.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Handle error management, logging, and application security.
• Optimize backend performance and scalability.

Database Development

• Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
• Develop efficient database schemas and data models.
• Implement CRUD operations.
• Work with MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
• Implement indexing and query optimization.
• Ensure data consistency and application performance.

Full Stack Development

• Develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Participate in application architecture and technical design.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Perform unit and integration testing.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Use Git for source code management.
• Debug and resolve application and production issues.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and product teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
