About the Role

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable and maintainable components using React.js.
• Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and other team members.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• React.js – Good understanding of components, props, state, hooks, and API integration.
• Node.js – Basic to good understanding of backend development.
• Express.js – Experience in creating REST APIs.
• MongoDB – Knowledge of CRUD operations, collections, and queries.
• JavaScript – Strong fundamentals, ES6+.
• HTML5 & CSS3.

• Basic understanding of debugging and performance optimization.

Good to Have

• TypeScript knowledge.
• Redux / Redux Toolkit.
