Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and secure backend services.
• Develop reusable, responsive React components using hooks and modern state management patterns.
• Optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, queries, and application performance.
• Implement and maintain Azure DevOps YAML pipelines for React and Node.js services.
• Apply authentication and authorization best practices, including JWT and OAuth/OIDC.
• Integrate third-party APIs and internal services.
• Troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Proven production experience with the MERN stack.
• Strong JavaScript ES6+ and working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and optimizing database performance.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud fundamentals and application deployment.
• Understanding of JWT, OAuth/OIDC, API security, Git, branching, and pull-request workflows.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Next.js and state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
• Docker and containerized application deployments.
• Infrastructure as code, monitoring, observability, and release automation.
• Workflow/BPMN engines such as Camunda or Pronghorn.
• Experience with AWS or GCP.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with 2 days onsite.
