About The Role

We are looking for 3 MES Administrators to support the daily operation and on-site application of our MES, WMS and ERP systems. The role will work closely with Production, Warehouse, Planning, Quality, Engineering and IT teams to ensure smooth system operation, accurate data and effective manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation and on-site application of ERP, WMS and MES systems.
• Maintain MES master data for production, materials, equipment, tooling and related information.
• Support WMS and MES processes in production and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with IT, Production, Warehouse, Quality, Planning and Engineering teams to resolve system issues.
• Record, analyse, follow up and close system-related issues and abnormalities.
• Provide system training and operational guidance to users.
• Monitor system data accuracy and ensure system records match actual operations.
• Support system implementation, process changes and new system functions.
• Monitor the operating status of WMS and MES systems and report abnormalities promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Information Systems, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in MES, WMS, ERP or manufacturing system administration.
• Fresh graduates with relevant IT or system-related qualifications may also be considered.
• Experience supporting manufacturing systems in a production or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of production orders, BOM, material codes, routing and inventory data.
• Familiar with WMS processes such as receiving, put-away, picking, issuing, stock transfer, stocktaking and outbound operations.
• Familiar with MES processes such as production orders, production reporting, production data, quality data and finished goods receiving.
• Basic understanding of ERP and WMS/MES data integration and business processes.
• Familiar with barcode, QR code, PDA and labelling systems.
• Able to prepare basic WI/SOPs and process flowcharts.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kingdee ERP, WMS or MES systems.
• Experience in manufacturing traceability, batch traceability and barcode management.
• Experience supporting system implementation or process improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001-related information and production management requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective user support.
• Good communication skills with both local employees and Chinese colleagues.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
