Role Summary:
Design, develop, and implement MES solutions using DELMIA Apriso for global manufacturing operations. Support integration, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What Youll Do:

• Design, develop, configure, and implement MES solutions using DELMIA Apriso
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize Apriso Business Components, Process Builder workflows, forms, screens, and reports
• Configure manufacturing operations processes including Production Management, Quality Management, Traceability & Genealogy, Warehouse Management, Maintenance Operations, and Labor Management
• Develop integrations between Apriso and enterprise applications (SAP ECC/S4 HANA, ERP, PLM, SCADA, OPC/IoT)
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects
• Support deployment activities, system upgrades, and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis
• Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices
• Develop technical design documents, test scripts, and deployment documentation
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Strong experience in DELMIA Apriso MES development
• Expertise in Process Builder, Business Components, Global Process Manager, Machine Integration, Apriso Reporting, Event Management
• Strong SQL Server knowledge (T-SQL, stored procedures, views, triggers, performance optimization)
• Knowledge of web services (REST APIs, SOAP services)
• Experience integrating Apriso with SAP (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, PI/PO, Integration Suite)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor execution
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Experience in Apriso upgrades and migration projects
• Exposure to Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and IIoT
• Knowledge of OPC UA, MQTT, and machine connectivity
• Experience with Power BI or manufacturing analytics platforms
• Understanding of ISA-95 and manufacturing standards
• Experience working in global manufacturing environments
• DELMIA Apriso certification
• SAP Manufacturing Integration experience
• Exposure to Cloud-based MES architectures
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD implementation for MES solutions

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. DELMIA Apriso certification is an added advantage.
