【工作項目】

• Manage global MES Transformation Project
• Play leading role in transformation of MES
• Plan out the blueprints for MES transformation project, including defining the scope, setting milestone and allocating resources.
• Work with System Integrators to implement the next-gen MES, from system setup, integrated testing, validation, migration rehearsal to deployment.
• Work with COE/Site IT to identify gaps between out-of-box MES solutions and user requirements.
• Engage closely with key stakeholders to provide transparent assessment on risks and issues.
• Ensure the project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
• Ensure the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible
• Roll out next-gen MES to WW Sites
• Evaluate MES Requirement and Process
• Engage with Customer/User on major MES requirements.
• Work closely with process, test, quality and product engineers, IT, MES vendor or outside resources to determine technical solutions or applications to meet the requirements.
• Participate in MES projects through requirements gathering, data mapping, documenting specifications and design details, and deploying enhancements.
• Collaborates with developers to review end-to-end solution and architecture.

• Proven experience in IT project management and software development/maintenance.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

5.5+ years of experience in Electronics manufacturing industry.

• Experience with a large-scale global software deployment (MES, ERP) .
• Outstanding documentation and presentation skills.
• Have solid experience in manufacturing technology in a sizable electronic manufacturing company, analytic and digital experience will be additional consideration factor.
• Willing to travel to different manufacturing sites (Asia, Europe, North America) .
• Clear understanding of agile project deployment methodology.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
