As a MES Project Engineer, you will lead the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Business Intelligence platforms, and manufacturing analytics solutions for customers across various industries.

Working closely with customers, global development teams, and implementation partners, you will manage projects throughout the full system deployment lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and go-live support.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead MES and manufacturing software implementation projects.
• Conduct requirements analysis, FIT/GAP assessments, and solution design workshops.
• Define system specifications and coordinate development activities with internal and external teams.
• Support integration with ERP systems, production equipment, and manufacturing control systems.
• Manage system deployment, testing, user training, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with customers and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support proposal development and technical solution presentations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to quality standards.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with customers throughout project lifecycles.
• Business-level Japanese and strong English communication skills.
