Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Sepasoft MES and Ignition SCADA applications from an IT perspective
• Work handson within SCADA projects, including Designer and Gateway configurations
• Configure and support MES modules such as Production, Quality, Track Trace, and OEE
• Modify MES equipment models, production models, workflows, and configurations
• Write, modify, and debug Python Python scripts used for MES and SCADA logic
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries supporting MES transactions, genealogy, reporting, and audits
• Provide L2L3 technical support for MES and SCADA applications in manufacturing environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of handson experience working with MES andor SCADA applications
• Strong practical experience with Ignition configuration, projects, gateway, troubleshooting
• Handson experience configuring and supporting MES modules Sepasoft is an advantage
• Strong Python Python scripting skills, including writing and debugging scripts
• Strong SQL skills, including working with MES schemas, transactions, and audit data
• Experience working directly within MESSCADA applications, not just coordinating vendors
• Understanding of ITside ownership of OT systems, including servers, databases, and integrations
• Experience supporting or validating data ingestion using OPC UA, MQTT, or similar industrial protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues across ITOT environments
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Familiarity with regulated environments medical devices, pharma, life sciences preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
