MES Support Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support and troubleshooting for MES applications used across manufacturing sites;
• Assist users with system issues, data corrections, user access requests and application-related inquiries;
• Coordinate with internal IT teams or external vendors to resolve technical issues;
• Support MES configuration, master data maintenance and routine system administration activities;
• Support the evaluation, testing and implementation of AI tools and AI agents for merchandising and sample shop operations;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external AI partners to support AI project execution and user adoption;
• Support existing applications, database tasks and system enhancements using technologies such as C#/.NET and SQL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or a related field;
• 3–4 years of experience in application support or software development;
• Experience supporting manufacturing systems or MES applications is preferred;
• Knowledge of apparel merchandising processes or Speed Garment System is an advantage;
• Basic knowledge of SQL database queries and data troubleshooting;
• Basic programming knowledge in C#/.NET is preferred;
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and digital transformation is an advantage;
• Good problem-solving and communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively with users from different departments and locations;
• Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites in China and Southeast Asia.
