What they need
- 負責 MES 系統之導入、設定、維護與版本升級。
- 確保系統穩定運作，支援產線日常生產需求。
- 依據製造流程（組裝、測試、包裝）進行系統流程設計與設定。
- 整合 MES 與 ERP／SAP／WMS／PLM 等系統資料介接。
- 支援產線即時問題（工單、站點、報工、過站、鎖站、放行）。
- 分析系統異常，進行除錯、根因分析與改善。
- 配合 QA／QE 建立品質檢核、追溯與不良管控機制。
- 配合 NPI 專案進行 MES 流程建置、測試與量產導入與製造、IE、PE、QA、IT 等部門溝通需求與改善方案。
- 條碼系統、工站設備、測試機台資料串接。
- Traceability、Lot / SN 管理、序號規則設定。
- 可配合國外短期出差。
