Messaging Services Advisor -O365 and MS-Teams.

M365 Administrator / Messaging Services Advisor with 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support. Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Exchange On-Premises & Hybrid, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, Defender for O365, DLP, PowerShell, and Security & Compliance. Responsible for troubleshooting, mailbox administration, mail flow, retention/eDiscovery, Teams administration, server maintenance, incident management, and handling complex escalations in a 247 environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, customer handling, and team collaboration skills.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.• 8+ years of experience in administration and support of M365 workloads.
• Strong knowledge and skills in M365 services and features, such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Security and Compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in M365 or Azure is a plus."
