- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams platform, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents and presentations.
- Experience working with SharePoint environment for document management and collaboration.
