Messenger

• Transact with and submit documents to government agencies and organizations for permits, license renewals, and related requirements — including BIR, LGUs, SEC, and DENR.
• Ensure the timely delivery, filing, and submission of documents with the Supreme Court, other courts, and government offices as required.
• Deliver and collect company documents, official receipts, permits, certifications, and other supporting paperwork.
• Handle transactions with banks such as payments and collections when required.
• Deliver and pick up documents, parcels, and items to and from designated locations safely and on time.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, integrity, and care when handling all materials and sensitive information.
• Perform other messenger, liaison, and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate or a graduate of the Alternative Learning System (ALS) or TESDA.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, liaison, messenger, or legal/government document processing
• Must have a valid driver's license and motorcycle driving experience.
• Established experience and connections with government agencies and offices are highly preferred.
• Familiar with government procedures, documentary requirements, and filing processes.
• Willing to work on a 2‑month contract basis (Reliever)
