About the role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Messenger to join the team at Polystar Manpower Services. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Messenger, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of documents, packages, and materials throughout the city. Your efficiency and attention to detail will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our business and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver documents, packages, and materials to designated locations within Metro Manila in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including signatures, dates, and times of receipt
• Sort and organise outgoing mail and packages according to delivery routes and priority levels
• Communicate with recipients and internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any delivery issues
• Ensure the security and integrity of all items being transported, handling sensitive materials with appropriate care
• Maintain a clean and properly maintained delivery vehicle or use public transport as required
• Report any delays, damages, or lost items to management immediately
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols while travelling throughout the city
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with recipients and stakeholders
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Valid driver's licence (if required for the position) or willingness to use public transport reliably
• Proven experience as a Messenger, Courier Driver, or in a similar delivery or logistics role
• Strong knowledge of Metro Manila streets, routes, and traffic patterns
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanour with a strong work ethic
• Ability to handle multiple deliveries and manage priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Physical fitness and ability to carry packages and materials of varying weights
