Messenger / Collector / Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items in a timely manner.
• Collect payments and issue receipts as required.
• Safely operate a four-wheel vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Ensure proper handling and security of collected funds and sensitive documents.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, mileage, and expenses.
• Use a computer for basic reporting, email communication, and data entry.
• Perform bank deposits and other company-related errands when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a four-wheel vehicle.
• Clean driving record.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Computer literate (MS Office, email, basic data entry).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash responsibly.
• Physically fit and able to carry items when required.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a messenger, driver, collector, or similar role is an advantage.
