Messenger - Driver

About the role

The Messenger | Driver is responsible for managing warehouse inventory and records while performing field errands, deliveries, and document processing. This role requires a highly organized individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks and travel to project sites and government offices as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and stock records.
• Prepare and update receiving, issuance, and inventory reports.
• Organize warehouse documents and filing systems.
• Deliver materials, documents, and supplies to project sites and company locations.
• Process permits, payments, and other transactions with government agencies and suppliers.
• Coordinate with various departments regarding warehouse requests.
• Ensure the proper handling, safekeeping, and timely delivery of company assets.
• Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.

About you

• Highschool Graduate or College Level
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, inventory, logistics, or a similar role.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code/B, B1, B2 or equivalent).
• Must own a motorcycle and be willing to use it for company fieldwork.
• Willing to perform frequent field assignments and travel within Cebu.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
