Messenger

• Deliver and submit tax-related documents to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Local Government Units (LGUs), and other government agencies.
• Facilitate the filing, receiving, and processing of documents with relevant government offices.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery and submission of documents.
• Secure receiving copies, acknowledgments, and other proof of submission as needed.
• Monitor document submissions and provide updates on their status.
• Safeguard company documents and ensure their proper handling and confidentiality.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate.
• Previous experience as a messenger or liaison officer is an advantage.
• Familiarity with BIR offices, LGUs, and other government agencies is preferred.
• Knowledge of Metro Manila routes and public transportation.
• Honest, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to meet deadlines and handle documents responsibly.
• Willing to travel to various government offices as required.
