What they need
We're an early-stage RTD latte brand looking for someone to own our Meta ads end to end - campaigns, audiences, budgets, testing, reporting - AND make the creatives that go in them (static + short-form video).
You should have 2-3+ real projects under your belt where you ran Meta ads and can show the work and the results. Big plus if any of that was CPG or RTD/beverage - you know what sells a drink on a feed.
3-month role with potential to extend. Pay flexible based on your experience and ask.
