Meta Ads Execution Executive

Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Musk Al Mahal is looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Execution Executive who understands how paid advertising works and can execute campaigns with practical knowledge of campaign setup, performance metrics, and creative selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Understand campaign objectives, campaign structure, ad sets, audience targeting, placements, budgets, and optimization basics.
• Review ad creatives, videos, hooks, copy, and offers to identify which content is suitable for advertising.
• Understand basic creative testing: what to test, why to test it, and how to compare results.
• Monitor and interpret key metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, frequency, and conversion rate, wherever relevant.
• Identify possible reasons for poor campaign performance and suggest practical next steps.
• Track campaign performance and share clear, meaningful updates with the team.
• Coordinate with the creative team to communicate what is working, what is not working, and what needs to be tested next.
• Assist with Google Ads execution when required.

Requirements

• Practical exposure to Meta Ads Manager through a job, internship, freelance work, or personal projects.
• Understanding of campaign objectives, ad sets, targeting, budgets, placements, and ad publishing.
• Basic understanding of CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, including what these metrics indicate.
• Ability to distinguish between simply running an ad and evaluating whether it is performing well.
• Understanding of how creative quality, hooks, offers, audience, and campaign objectives can affect ad performance.
• Ability to read campaign reports, identify basic performance issues, and explain your reasoning.
• Attention to detail, ownership of tasks, and a willingness to test, learn, and improve.

Google Ads experience is a plus, but practical Meta Ads understanding is the priority.
