Meta Ads Executive

Position: Meta Ads Specialist Experience Required: 1-1.5 Years Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Location: [On-Site] Salary Range: 20,000 - 30,000 per month (based on experience skill set) Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook Instagram ad campaigns
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on performance KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA)
• Build audience segments, create retargeting flows, and manage funnel-based ads
• Coordinate with the creative team for visuals, copy, and testing variations
• Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Conversion APIs, and ensure accurate tracking
• Prepare and share detailed performance reports with key insights

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign management
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget optimization
• Hands-on experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and split testing
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and basic attribution models
• Prior experience working with D2C brands or e-commerce businesses preferred
