Brand Surge

Meta Ads Executive Job Type: Full-Time | Remote Salary: To be discussed based on experience
About the Role We’re looking for a Meta Ads Executive who has a proven track record of running and scaling paid campaigns for DTC and retail eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, a data-driven approach to campaign optimization, and a solid understanding of eCommerce customer acquisition. You should be comfortable taking ownership of campaigns, analyzing performance data, testing new strategies, and working closely with creative and marketing teams.
What You’ll Do

Manage Meta Ads for 2–5 DTC/eCommerce brands at a time, depending on account complexity and performance.

Own accounts end-to-end, including campaign structure, launches, optimization, creative testing, and scaling.

Build and test new creative angles, hooks, formats, offers, messaging, and concepts every week in collaboration with the creative team.

Work toward hitting and maintaining 2.5x+ ROAS across assigned accounts, where applicable to the brand's goals and economics.

Monitor performance closely and flag risks early rather than waiting for performance to decline significantly.

Identify winning campaigns, audiences, creatives, and offers and scale them while maintaining efficiency.

Analyze campaign data and make clear decisions on what to scale, pause, test, or change.

Manage acquisition, retargeting, and full-funnel campaigns based on each brand's customer journey.

Continuously test and diversify creatives to prevent fatigue and improve performance.

Work with the creative team to communicate what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next.

Track key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, AOV, and MER.

Prepare and share weekly performance updates covering results, key learnings, challenges, and next steps.

Maintain clear communication with account managers and internal teams regarding account performance and priorities.

Stay updated with Meta's latest advertising developments, including Advantage+, AI-driven optimization, Andromeda, automation, and creative diversification.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads for DTC/eCommerce brands.

Proven experience independently managing multiple eCommerce accounts.

Ability to manage 2–5 brands/accounts simultaneously while maintaining performance and attention to detail.

A proven track record of scaling eCommerce accounts profitably.

You should be able to show at least 2 eCommerce accounts you personally managed and scaled, along with relevant performance numbers such as ad spend, ROAS, CPA, revenue generated, or growth achieved.

Strong understanding of how to structure, test, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns.

Proven ability to hit and maintain 2.5x+ ROAS or comparable profitability targets based on account goals.

Strong understanding of creative testing, including different hooks, angles, formats, offers, messaging, and concepts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance issues early and take corrective action.

Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and scaling campaigns without losing efficiency.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversions API.

Good understanding of eCommerce funnels, customer acquisition, retargeting, attribution, and conversion optimization.

Strong written English and the ability to communicate campaign performance and recommendations clearly.

Experience with international DTC/eCommerce brands is highly preferred.

Shopify and other eCommerce platform experience is a plus.

Experience with TikTok Ads is a plus where relevant to the brand.

Proven Results Matter This role is performance-focused. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate actual results rather than only having experience launching campaigns. During the interview, you should be prepared to discuss:

At least 2 eCommerce accounts you personally managed and scaled

Approximate monthly ad spend

ROAS achieved and maintained

Revenue generated or growth achieved

Campaign structure and strategy used

Creative testing approach

How you identified and scaled winning campaigns

Challenges you faced and how you improved performance

Client-sensitive information can be masked or anonymized when sharing campaign data.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
