• Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the content/design team for high-performing ad creatives.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and growth strategies.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithms, and new features.

Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Expert who can independently manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns and generate quality leads at an optimized cost.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager, lead generation, campaign optimization, retargeting, audience targeting, Pixel/CAPI, analytics, and performance reporting. Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, hospital, wellness, or similar industries will be an advantage.
