The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Conduct detailed audience research and apply effective targeting and retargeting strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for improved ROI and conversions
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience segments
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, events tracking, and conversion tracking systems
• Analyze campaign data and generate comprehensive performance reports
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop effective ad strategies

Requirements:

• Graduate to Masters
• 5+ years experience and Advanced Level Command on Meta Ads:
• Conversion Funnel
• Landing Page Optimization
• Buyer Personas
• Audience Segmentation
• Audience Targeting
• Meta Pixel Setup
• Conversion Tracking
• Remarketing & Retargeting
• Advanced Bidding Strategy
• Optimize ROAS
• A/B Testing
• Data Analysis and Performance Optimization
• Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools

Days and Timing:

• Six Days A Week
• Morning Shift: 11 am to 8 pm

Position is available in our following branch:

• DHA, Phase V, 26th Street, Badar Commercial Area, Above KFC, Karachi

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary (Depends on Skills, Relevant Experience, Performance in Interview, Test and Demo)
• Performance Based Incentives (Transport Allowance / Food Allowance / Medical Allowance)
• Two Paid Leaves Per Month (upon confirmation)

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Advanced Level Command on Meta Ads: 5 years (Preferred)
